Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older per state/local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and spec charts in English
• Able to operate grill, fryers, oven and kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
