Job summary

Alliance Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook-PM to join Sexy Roman, a high-energy modern Italian concept in the W Hotel in Scottsdale. You will work across garde manger, fry, saute and grill stations, delivering flawless dishes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in fine-dining or hotel cooking, holds Serve Safe certification, and demonstrates strong knife skills, teamwork, and a polished professional presence. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience.
• Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee and Grill station experience.
• Serve Safe Certified.
• Able to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes across garde manger, fry, saute and grill stations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, FIFO and all safety and proper food storage measures.
• Support the service team to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
• Read prep lists and POS tickets and ensure consistent quality.
