The role requires strong teamwork, basic math, and the ability to work in a bustling kitchen. Responsibilities include following prep charts, maintaining correct temperatures, finishing side work, and providing cordial service to guests and staff.

Formación

• Must be able to read tickets, recipes and product specifications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must possess excellent guest service skills.
• Must be able to pass all required tests and training for the position.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present food to order following menu and specifications.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and safety standards.
• Organize work areas and equipment, stock and rotate perishable items.
• Assist with inventory, waste monitoring, and basic line duties.
