Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a variety of menu items following recipes and guidelines.
• Cook and grill food according to specified methods, temps, and portions.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout prep and service.
• Set up and stock stations with supplies before each shift.
• Monitor cooking times to ensure timely and consistent service.
• Ensure dishes meet taste, appearance, and portion standards.
• Coordinate with chefs and line cooks to manage orders and requests.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and notify shortages to management.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance to uphold hygiene standards.
