Job summary

Community Beer Co. in Dallas is hiring a highly-skilled, motivated, and passionate beer and food lover to assist in prepping, cooking, and setting up to quality guidelines and standards.

You will assist with grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes, execute opening and/or closing procedures, and maintain food safety and sanitation in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Cross-training on multiple stations is encouraged, with 1–2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep procedures accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Consistently produce quality food items in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Accurately follow recipes and prep procedures for service and catering requests
• Execute opening and/or closing procedures
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to cross-train on multiple stations and roles
• A minimum of 1‑2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen (experience with catering is a plus)
