Job summary

Enchantment Resort's Mii amo is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support our busy kitchen. You will handle cooking and preparation for your station, maintain mise en place, and ensure timely, quality plates with attention to sanitation.

The role requires at least 1 year of kitchen experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and solid communication skills in English to coordinate with the team and supervisors in a fast-paced resort setting in Sedona, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand basic English to follow recipes and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cooking and preparation for assigned station, following recipes and sanitation standards.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of station and mise en place.
• Ensure timely plate presentation and service during shifts.
• Support banquet prep and pickups as needed by supervisor/manager.
