Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken directions to follow job requirements.
• Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Move and lift up to 10–50 pounds as needed.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift and move through all restaurant areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
