Job summary

FB Society in Plano, TX is seeking a Line Cook to support our Legacy Hall eateries, including Son of a Butcher, The Italian Job, Dry Rub BBQ, Velvet Taco and The Philly Special. The Line Cook is responsible for food assembly, prep, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

You will follow the SOB training program, work with the Restaurant Management Squad, handle cooking equipment, maintain sanitation, greet guests, process orders, and help ensure guest satisfaction while

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude while conducting all duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow the steps outlined in the Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Abide by the rules and direction given by the Restaurant Management Squad and refrain from insubordination.
• Communicate to immediate Supervisor when additional training guidance is needed.
• Greet Guests, process orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Prepare items on the SOB menu while following cooking instructions, safety procedures and sanitary requirements.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness daily and handle guests' concerns professionally.
