Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prep line/cook experience.
• Ability to work in high-pressure kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipe cards and presentation standards.
• Start items in advance without over-preparing estimated needs.
• Return unused items to proper storage after shift.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
