Munecas Downtown in Gainesville, FL is looking for one line cook to join our 22 person strong team. Pay is hourly rate based on experience plus tip share averaging $5/ hour. We are located on 317 Sw 4th Ave.

• 1 year line cook experience in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Knife skills and ability to read recipes.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work nights.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management
• Adhering to all health code guidelines
• Executing ticket fulfillment in a timely manner
• Clean all equipment
• Completing daily side work, shift change and closing procedures
• Prep according to recipes
• Washing dishes when needed
• Mopping and sweeping
• Communicating between team members
• Practicing rotation on all food items to ensure fresh product
