Maverick Gaming LLC in Tukwila, WA is seeking a reliable kitchen line cook with prep experience to join our team. You will stock supplies, set up stations, and prepare all items in a sanitary, timely manner following our recipes and portion controls.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous prep or line cook experience (6 months).
• Valid Washington Health Certification/Food worker card.

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies, products and utensils throughout the kitchen and general cleaning of the kitchen and stock areas.
• Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items as directed, in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety procedures, including use of required safety equipment, and identifying unsafe practices or conditions.
