• Prepare food items following Outback’s quality specifications.
• Work in designated kitchen zones – Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, Make-Up, Kitchen Prep.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness of work areas.
• Collaborate with the team to meet food preparation and delivery standards.
• Adhere to safe food handling, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications under management direction.
• Restock kitchen supplies and keep the cook line ready as needed.
