Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cook experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare food orders according to memorized standard recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas.
• Control waste by monitoring rotation, storage, and quantity.
• Maintain station inventory and order stock to pars.
• Apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
