Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co in Naples, FL is seeking a dynamic Line Cook to support all F&B outlets. You will prep ingredients, follow recipes, and ensure dishes meet standards under the guidance of the Executive Chef and supervisors.

This role requires strong teamwork, the ability to work under pressure, maintain a clean workstation, handle high-volume service, and comply with safety procedures. We offer full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients daily for daily specials and regular menu.
• Assist chefs with recipes and ensure dishes meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen area and follow safety procedures.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory with supervisors.
• Line cook, plate dishes as per chef specifications and assist banquet prep.
