Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Prepare all food items per recipes or supervisor direction for consistency and quality.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of ingredients to maintain freshness and safety.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and refrigeration units to ensure cleanliness and operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and perform general kitchen cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Assist the chef in food preparation, menu execution, and product placement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations as applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
