Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand 100% of the shift.
• Works frequently in a damp, hot environment.
• Able to read kitchen display monitor from 4 feet.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food using diverse methods of preparation.
• Maintains cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Utilizes Kitchen Display System (KDS) effectively.
• Follows recipes to ensure high-quality consistent products.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems with management.
