Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Line Cook.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the workstation, ensuring everything is well-stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Prepare ingredients for established dishes, such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat.
• Cook ingredients as directed by the head chef or sous chef, plating dishes as indicated by recipes.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards when preparing food.
• Provide assistance to the head chef or sous chef as directed.
