Job summary

This role requires teamwork and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts. You will communicate with the expo and kitchen team, monitor inventory, and help maintain a clean, well-organized cooking area.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Food Handler's card, or willingness to obtain one
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards
• Complete daily food prep - washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized cooking station
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines
• Communicate with the expo and kitchen team to keep tickets moving
• Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock
