Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Cook to ensure quality, taste, and freshness of hot and cold buffet offerings. The role emphasizes speed, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to product specifications to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

The Cook will prepare hot items, grill to specification, monitor temperatures, maintain equipment, and support inventory and FIFO practices while providing friendly guest service and maintaining high sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and grooming required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic culinary training or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot menu items and display cooking according to recipes and procedures.
• Grill items to specification, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper storage of kitchen tools and surfaces.
• Carry out prep work and stock stations for smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow FIFO for rotation and assist with inventory checks.
