Compensation is $17/hr with opportunities to contribute to a range of eateries inside Legacy Hall, including Son of a Butcher, The Italian Job, Dry Rub BBQ, Velvet Taco, and The Philly Special. Must be 16+ and able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend and lift 50–75 lbs comfortably.
• Must have reliable transportation and communication method.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Training Program to learn new skills and duties.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food with a positive attitude.
• Work with Squad Members to prepare SOB menu items per cooking instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas daily.
• Communicate with Supervisors on training needs and operational issues.
• Use kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, and warmers.
