Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years old; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Comply with uniform standards.

• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and reducing ticket errors.
• Partner with service team to ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to company and health department procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
