Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Help minimize food waste by proper portions and accurate tickets.
• Partner with the service team to ensure timely, fresh delivery.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean, stocked station.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned.
