Responsibilities span meat, seafood and vegetable prep, station stock, portion control, and plate presentation while maintaining a strong culture of teamwork and safety across all kitchen roles.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Attention to detail and sanitary station upkeep.
• Ability to work across multiple kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking on various kitchen equipment.
• Ensures quality of products and adheres to portion sizes and recipes.
• Stocks and maintains adequate food levels at line stations.
• Prepares items for cooking by portioning, battering, seasoning or marinating.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Follows plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Handles, stores and rotates products properly.
• Assists with off-peak food prep and kitchen cleaning.
