Tito’s Mexican Restaurant in Tennessee is hiring a Lane Cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will prepare and assemble menu items accurately, operate your station, and support the team during busy service.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to food safety and quality. Experience of 1+ year is preferred; strong teamwork and the stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs are important.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant environment is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Tito’s recipes and portion standards
• Operate assigned station (grill, fryer, sauté, expo, etc.)
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy shifts
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team and management
• Assist with prep and closing duties
