Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group seeks a Line Cook for Trolley Square Oyster House in Wilmington, DE. You will handle the full cooking process, from setup through plating, using approved recipes and seasonal ingredients.

You will work in a dynamic kitchen with a focus on quality and speed, ensuring sanitation, safety, and proper food handling. Candidates should be able to multitask, adapt to varying shifts, and meet local certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of related high-volume kitchen experience.
• Food handler's certification may be required depending on local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock workstation with minimal supervision.
• Execute menu items from start to finish including preparation, butchery, cooking and plating.
• Work with seasonal ingredients.
• Participate in development of new menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of BOH areas and equipment.
• Assist in regular and deep cleaning of kitchen areas.
