• High-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Valid state food safety and handling certification.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food by following recipes and procedures.
• Manages station efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety per sanitation standards.
• Supports team by collaborating with kitchen staff and assisting with dishwashing.
• Follows all food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines.
• Reports issues promptly, including equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
