Qualifications

• High-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Valid state food safety and handling certification.

• Must be 16+ (18+ to operate certain equipment).
• Effective communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food by following recipes and procedures.
• Manages station efficiently to ensure timely orders.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety according to guidelines.
• Supports team and helps with dishwashing as needed.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly.
• Complies with all food safety, handling, and hygiene regulations.
