Job summary

Dutch Valley Restaurant in Sugarcreek, OH is seeking motivated kitchen team members to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll follow established recipes, prep and cook, and help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Ideal candidates are accurate, quick learners, able to memorize procedures, and able to work well in a team. On-the-job training is provided, with rotating schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Use established recipes to make consistent products.
• Clean food-prep equipment and maintain cleanliness of area.
• Check production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods.
• Make sure items are covered, stored and dated properly.
• Rotate stock using first in, first out method.
• Change food containers in coolers/freezers as needed – noting date prepared.
