Job summary

Chompie’s Restaurant and Deli, a JRI Hospitality Brand, is hiring Line Cooks to prepare recipes from established procedures while upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You will learn menu items across stations, manage tickets, and work closely with prep cooks and the Kitchen Manager to protect recipe integrity.

A foundation in high-volume restaurant work is preferred; a professional appearance and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments preferred.
• Ability to follow established recipes and food production procedures.
• A strong focus on health and safety regulations and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of all menu items across stations.
• Cook food items adhering to recipes, portions and quality standards.
• Manage ticket times with urgency to optimize guest experience.
• Collaborate with coworkers and kitchen leadership to protect recipe integrity.
• Maintain HACCP standards and Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
