Job summary

Gravity Haus Big Sky is seeking motivated Line Cooks for both part-time and full-time roles. You will prepare and execute high-quality dishes, maintain station setup, and support a fast-paced service with precision and consistency.

You’ll work with a collaborative kitchen team, follow recipes and safety guidelines, and contribute to memorable dining experiences. 1–2 years of cooking experience preferred; Food Handler’s Certification preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional cooking experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items during service, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other team members.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
