Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook to join the Outback-themed kitchen in Mesa. You will passionately prepare, portion, and cook menu items to meet quality specs, while upholding safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards during shifts.

You’ll join a team focused on delivering an AUS-SOME dining experience, with opportunities across line, prep, grill and dessert stations as part of a well-designed kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort working in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and keep the kitchen clean.
• Work as a team to meet prep and delivery standards.
• Commit to safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Prepare food with proper safety equipment and recipe specs.
• Restock kitchen as needed throughout the shift.
