Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Culinary background with knife skills.
• Cooking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes.
• Ensuring that all food temperatures are appropriate for menu item.
• Must be able to take direction and delegate well.
