Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, sauces, dough, cheeses, pizza crust, vegetables, sandwiches, and casseroles.
• Follow recipes and measurement charts to ensure quality.
• Cook main dishes; heat other food items; observe temperature with thermometer.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep areas and containers.
• Operate dishwasher and deliver clean utensils to service areas.
• Record product usage and waste on charts; monitor ovens and warmers.
• Assist in keeping work stations clean and organized.
