Qualifications

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Brickette standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
• Handle food preparation, portioning, cooking, and plating during service.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, storage, rotation, and labeling.
• Assist with prep work and restocking throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas clean and safe.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to provide fast, consistent, and quality food for every guest.
