• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Uses cleaning chemicals properly for safety and cost control.
• Stores products properly in correct locations at all times.
• Prepares and serves food meeting quality indicators and guest expectations.
• Sells food within recommended time frames to meet guest expectations.
• Prepares and cooks all items by recipe and specification.
• Controls costs by following prep sheets to minimize waste.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas.
• Maintains station cleanliness and sanitation.
• Cleans kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains.
• Empties trash and maintains cans.
• Assists team members as needed.
• Fosters a cooperative working climate among teammates.
• Smiles and stays friendly during days, nights and weekends.
• Dresses neatly and professionally at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
