Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with team members.
• Dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, neat and professional.
• Able to follow recipes and prepare items to specification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and cost-effectively.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Assist other team members as needed to meet guest needs.
• Monitor prep sheets to ensure fresh, high-quality products.
