The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Line Cook in Towson, MD to join our high-volume kitchen. You will prepare recipes, read scales and weights accurately, and ensure precise cooking with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant is ideal.
• Familiarity with roasting, grilling, sautéing or scratch cooking is a plus.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and equipment and back-of-house operations.
• Ability to deliver accurate orders with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
• Read & follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistent execution.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, portioning, and correct temperatures.
• Present visually appealing plating and garnishing for guests.
• Support opening/closing duties including station setup, stocking, cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and allergen awareness.
• Work well under pressure and multitask with speed and urgency.
• Collaborate with team through clear communication and follow instructions.
