Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in food service or related field.
• Serve Safe Certification at hire or within 90 days.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspensions.
• No major alcohol/drug related incidents in 36 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
• Follow standards for food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitation of prep areas and equipment.
• Ensure timely preparation and restock ingredients to support smooth service.
• Read and follow cooking directions; work with kitchen staff to deliver dishes.
