Job summary

Drake’s, a neighborhood restaurant and bar, is seeking reliable team players who are passionate about food and hospitality. We’ll train the right people with the right attitude, even if you have no experience. Expect to work in a fast-paced kitchen with opportunities for growth and industry-leading benefits.

Starting at $17/hour based on experience, you’ll join a team that values energy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• No experience? We’ll train the right people with the right attitude.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to every guest, every time.
• Maintain urgency in high-volume scenarios without compromising food quality.
• Keep station clean, organized, and stocked for peak service periods.
• Unload and stock deliveries in walk-in coolers and dry storage areas.
• Assist with cleanup and dish responsibilities as needed.
• Work in hot, noisy, fast-paced environments with open flames and hot surfaces.
• Support your team by helping wherever needed; the kitchen runs on teamwork.
