Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using fryers, flat tops, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes—every guest, every time.
• Maintain urgency in high-volume scenarios without compromising food quality.
• Keep station clean, organized, and stocked for peak service periods.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Unload and stock deliveries in walk-in coolers and dry storage areas.
• Assist with cleanup and dish responsibilities as needed.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours), up to 50 lbs.
• Work in hot, noisy, fast-paced environments with open flames and hot surfaces.
• Support team by helping wherever needed; kitchen runs on teamwork.
• Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time.
