Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will execute kitchen operations by preparing dishes to company standards and support daily service.

The role requires standing and walking up to eight hours and lifting up to 40 lbs solo (80 lbs with a team). Compensation is $18.00-$22.00 per hour with benefits; schedule includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Standing and walking up to eight hours continuously.
• Lifting up to 40lbs alone, and up to 80lbs as a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas to ensure food-handling safety.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
