Job summary

Legal Sea Foods seeks a Line Cook in Lynnfield, MA to prepare and cook items per quality standards. Coordinate orders, maintain knowledge of menu items, and ensure proper temperatures while working in a fast-paced kitchen. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Culinary background with knife skills
Cooking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures
Must be able to perform under pressure

Responsibilities

Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes.
Ensuring that all food temperatures are appropriate for menu item.
Must be able to take direction and delegate well.
Promotes a team atmosphere/works well on a team.
Effective written and verbal communication skill.
Demonstrates good judgment.
