Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
• Ensure your station is set and ready for service
• Learn all menu items produced by your assigned station
• Complete work assignments to meet proper quantities within required timeframes
• Handle refrigeration and serving of cold food
• Produce and plate orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times
