Black Bear Diner is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, cook, plate and finish dishes to restaurant standards. You will maintain stock levels, portion food accurately and ensure a sanitary work area. Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, plate and finish all food items per Black Bear Diner standards.
• Maintain and rotate stock at line stations to ensure smooth service.
• Portion food to standard sizes and follow recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Assist with off-peak prep and closing duties as needed.
