Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Strong cooking techniques and knowledge of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare food for service including chopping, prepping, portioning, sauces.
• Cook menu items to exact chef specifications.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs during service.
• Ensure dishes are executed with speed, consistency, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shifts.
• Store and rotate inventory properly.
• Follow all food safety and kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with teammates and guests.
