Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Restock items as needed throughout shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Assist with equipment use and responsibility with inventory.
• Perform additional duties as requested by kitchen staff or Manager.
