• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times in all designated areas
• Works collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff during service
• Able to handle high-volume, fast-paced service while maintaining quality
• Properly stores, labels, and rotates ingredients
• Contributes to a positive, professional kitchen culture
