• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Lireast with thermometer and kitchen tools as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Read a thermometer correctly and efficiently.
• Communicate any food delays or issues to Coordinator.
• Maintain menu item counts and notify when quantities fall below minimum.
• Account for all items coming off the station.
• Understand and follow allergy procedures and restrictions.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and employment policies.
• Be a team player and get along with others.
