Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards across the area of responsibility.
• Ensure organized and clean food storage areas and proper handling.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets per specifications.
• Rotate inventory and keep storage areas orderly.
• Assist with menu specials and variations in collaboration with the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
