Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Jackson Hole is seeking a line cook to deliver expertly prepared dining experiences in alignment with Four Seasons standards of excellence. You will run the day-to-day operation of your station, ensuring quality and presentation match exacting standards.

The role requires experience in kitchen/hotel operations, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/hotel operation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide enjoyable expertly cooked dining experiences conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared to exacting standards.
• Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials.
• Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station.
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain quality.
• Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
• Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.
